Terms of sale

These terms govern every order placed through valorsynthetics.com. The research use policy and shipping and returns policy are part of these terms.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is collected by Stripe at checkout; we do not store card details. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order before shipment for any reason, including suspected non-research use, pricing errors or stock availability, and will refund any payment taken.

Product information

Specifications on product pages are nominal values. The certificate of analysis for your lot is the authoritative record of purity and identity for the material you receive. Minor variations in appearance (powder versus cake, off-white colour) are normal for lyophilized peptides.

Warranty and liability

We warrant that products conform to the certificate of analysis for their lot at the time of shipment. All other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental or indirect loss, nor for any loss arising from use of a product contrary to the research use policy.

Indemnity

The purchaser agrees to indemnify Valor Synthetics against claims arising from the purchaser's use, misuse or redistribution of products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in [County], Texas.
