Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders placed by 14:00 Central on a business day leave the same day; orders placed later or at weekends ship the next business day. Tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $200.00.
Packaging and temperature
Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of transit and ship in sealed glass vials inside padded, light-blocking packaging. Liquid products, and all parcels on routes forecast above 32 °C, ship with cold packs. Store sealed vials at −20 °C on arrival.
Returns
Because the products are temperature-sensitive reagents, we cannot accept returns of opened or reconstituted vials. Unopened vials in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less shipping. If a product arrives damaged or does not match its certificate of analysis, contact us within 7 days with photographs and the lot number and we will replace it or refund it.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier and reship if the parcel is declared lost.
